Add your own vendors, expense types, employees, or sales categories anytime in Settings → Store Setup — or right from Data Entry itself, with the "add new…" box at the bottom of each section.

Your data is backed up
Everything syncs to the cloud automatically, plus a daily snapshot is kept for real point-in-time recovery. Want a copy on your own device? Settings → Account → Download Backup saves a full file you control.
